Dr. Michael Centilli, DO, FAAD, FAOCD
Founder & Medical Director
Board Certified Dermatologist and Mohs Surgeon
Dr. Centilli is the Founder and Medical Director of Coastal Dermatology Institute & Aesthetics. A graduate of Michigan State University, where he was honored as Chief Resident, Dr. Centilli began his career providing dedicated patient and community care in Michigan before bringing his expertise to the Grand Strand. With over 13 years of experience in medical and surgical dermatology, he has built a practice that seamlessly blends advanced clinical knowledge with an artistic eye for aesthetics. Dr. Centilli is known for delivering natural, balanced enhancements that prioritize safety, precision, and long-term skin health—reflecting his passion for helping patients look and feel their absolute best.

When he’s not in the office, Dr. Centilli enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending quality time with his close-knit blended family. His commitment to balance and connection outside of work mirrors the care he provides every day—grounded in expertise, compassion, and a genuine dedication to restoring confidence.
Jessica Redd Carson
Office Manager
Medical Aesthetician & Laser Technician
Jessica is a Licensed Medical Aesthetician and Laser Technician with advanced training from the Catherine Hinds Institute in Boston. She has been providing exceptional client care to the Grand Strand community for over five years and played an integral role in establishing the aesthetics division at Coastal Dermatology Institute.

Sharing Dr. Centilli’s commitment to expertise, compassion, and confidence restoration, Jessica has helped shape Coastal Dermatology Aesthetics into a space where medical precision meets genuine care. She is passionate about empowering others through self-care and guiding patients on their journey toward enhanced confidence and well-being.

Outside of the clinic, Jessica enjoys pilates, yoga, and spending time with her pups, Lainey and Rocky, who bring plenty of joy and balance to her days.
Theresa Buckley, RN
Cosmetic Nurse Injector
With 32 years of nursing experience and a strong foundation in neurosurgery, Theresa brings exceptional anatomical expertise to the aesthetic world—giving her an unparalleled understanding of where injections belong and, just as importantly, where they do not. For the past 14 years, she has refined her craft in cosmetic injectables, combining precision, safety, and compassion to deliver naturally beautiful results.
Committed to lifelong learning, Theresa continually advances her skills through ongoing research, conferences, and specialized training to stay at the forefront of the ever-evolving aesthetic industry.

Outside of work, she enjoys the gym, caring for her husband, and three wonderful children, and staying grounded in her faith—something she considers essential in every area of her life.

Jen brings more than 25 years of experience in the cosmetic and aesthetic industry. A Myrtle Beach native and proud HGTC graduate, she specializes in advanced laser technologies, hydrafacials, varicose vein treatments, and wellness injectables such as semaglutide and tirzepatide.

She believes in graceful, preventative aging and is deeply committed to helping patients look and feel their best through personalized, thoughtful care. Outside the treatment room, Jen enjoys time with her husband and children and surrounds herself with good energy and meaningful company. She loves spunk, spontaneity, fashion, music, and hunting for unique vintage treasures in local thrift stores—one of her favorite creative outlets. Jen brings her creativity and passion into every appointment—infusing each treatment with intention, artistry, and a genuine desire to support and elevate her patients’ confidence.
Kristin Richardson, PA-C
Hormone Specialist

Kristin is a Physician Assistant with 15 years of experience, specializing in wellness, bioidentical hormone management, regenerative medicine, and aesthetic injectables such as neurotoxins, fillers, and biostimulators. She holds degrees from the University of South Carolina and South University in Savannah.

Kristin resides in Murrells Inlet with her fiancé, Bodie, and their children. Outside of work, she gravitates toward the water—whether she’s boating, enjoying a beach day, or unwinding with a little well-deserved retail therapy. Kristin’s true passion lies in helping patients restore balance, vitality, and confidence from the inside out, combining her expertise in wellness and aesthetics to help each person feel their absolute best.
